Bugs Fixed

Replies/forwards do not work for e-mails with empty subjects

Replies/forwards do not work with web-based e-mail accounts (such as Gmail)

Application would not close normally and would generate critical problem message when Outlook is started

When last auto-forwarding rule was deleted, checkbox "Enable auto-forwarding" remained checked

Bugfix:

Manual import from a network location would not work

Files could not be selected in the Import dialog when the "Hide extensions for known file types" option in Explorer was enabled

Outlook would crash during importing contacts into a folder with already existing Distribution Lists , in some cases

Changes:

Support of Exchange folders added. Now Exchange Mailbox and Public Folders can be synchronized with other PCs.

Spanish language support added. The product was fully tested with Spanish edition of Windows and Outlook.

Bugs Fixed

When large number of folders were added to a synchronization profile, the synchronization process would stop unexpectedly and data would not be synchronized

When duplicates were detected, if the checkbox "Apply for all" had been selected for the folder, the user would get another notification about duplicates in the same folder anyway in some cases. Now the duplicate detection functionality has been improved to avoid these issues.

In the Conflict Resolution window, if " Current item on your PC" was selected, the item would be updated anyway

In the "Settings " window, on the "Data Folders and Filters" tab, the folder tree would not show all currently selected folders by default ( the tree branches with sub-folders were closed)

In some cases, when clicking on the "Stop" button during synchronization, it would stop the synchronization process, but would remain depressed.

The buttons "Mark All Folders" and "Clear All Folders" on the "Data Folders and Filters" tab appeared without any text on some systems The FTP profile location path was shown without the root profile folder in some cases

Major Enhancements:

Attachments used in the template were received by recipients with a strange long file name consisting of random numbers

Changes:

Spanish language support added. Now Spanish speaking users can select the Spanish language. Product was fully tested with Spanish editions of Windows and Outlook.

Invitation to re-share the same folder from other users is now automatically processed to the same folder that was shared previously, if the folder path matches

When a user is deleted from the sharing list, the sharing process will be completely cancelled for this user on his / her PC, and the list of other sharing users will also be removed from his/her Management Panel settings for this folder

Issues Fixed:

Recurrent task instances when updated were detected as duplicate items, when received by other users

When e-mail with updates was received back to the same PC (same user e-mail is configured in the system), it would update the item again and mark it as "unread" and “deactivate” the user in the Management Panel

When using the "Remove reminders…" option, all item modification dates in that folder were updated

When "View only" access level was assigned to a user in the Management Panel on non-English editions, users would receive "Full" access level instead

New version of ShareO,ShareCalendar, ShareContacts released

Changes:

French language support added. Now French speaking users can select the French language.� The Product was fully tested with French editions of Windows and Outlook.

Ability�to ignore reminders for users having��the� "view only" access��in�a folder� has been added. Now users with "view only" rights��in�a�folder may enable or disable reminders ignoring�the�option in�the�Management Panel

Issues Fixed:

Invitation form to receive�sharing of�a�folder would not appear when another modal form is opened in Outlook, and would cause error. Now�the�invitation form waits for the modal form to disappear and then shows up.

In some cases,� when selecting�the German language during installation with��the�"for all users" option, the English language would appear�instead.�

Emails with�the�received date�showing "None"�were not filtered according to�the�shared items filter during re-sending�

ShareO/ShareCalendar/ShareContacts menu would appear only on the first Outlook window, any other opened Outlook windows would not show the menu

"Ignore reminders" would not remove reminders��in default Outlook folder items

In systems with 16-bit color video settings,�the�message about��the successful�finish of a�re-sending�process would not appear and� an�error would be registered in��the error log

Some icons in menus would have�green background in Outlook 2000

In some cases�the�"Send/Receive" process would start automatically during�the�folder�re-sending�process

Sync2 version 1.41 was published recently on our website.

Updates Include:

German and French language support added. The Product was fully tested with German and French editions of Windows and Outlook.

Default Outlook folders synchronization between different language systems is now correctly supported

Shortcut has been added to the Windows "Start -> Programs" menu with the ability to select product language

Bugs Fixed

In some cases items would be deleted in Outlook on some of the synchronized PCs if they are filtered according to sync filters

The Root folder on a disk could not be selected in the new sync profile creation wizard

The New folder button could not be used to create a new folder in the root FTP folder when selecting an FTP profile location in the new sync profile creation wizard

On PCs connected to an already existing profile, its path in Profile Settings would be shown incorrectly

The system would crash when resolving conflicts in the detailed conflict resolution form

In some cases, the folder that was removed from the synchronization profile would unexpectedly appear again after synchronization on another PC

Several issues fixed that occurred after a folder was removed from the synchronization profile, and then added back again

The system would crash on Windows Vista when searching for duplicates during synchronization

The Synchronization schedule pattern selected in wizard would not be applied when connecting a new PC to the already existing sync profile

Some other unexpected crashes that occurred during synchronization have been fixed

Some issues with specific items that would not synchronize have been resolved.

Main changes:

The usage of CPU and memory has been considerably optimized. The speed of working has been considerably improved.

The support of Vista and Microsoft Outlook 2007 has been added

New progress bars on folders in main form implemented

Filter for Public Folders implemented.

Bugs Fixed:

Folders status can be shown incorrectly

Status in the status bar can be shown incorrectly

Some of e-mails that were moved using rules from the Inbox to another folder (or manually deleted) was not removed from that folder on the Server.

After syncing e-mails on Outlook 2000 their Subjects were empty on the server

New OutShare Web Access and server Version 1.50.111 released

Main Updates include:

The speed of Web Access loading and working has been considerably improved Traffic usage has been considerably optimized.

The Restore from "Deleted items" option implemented.

The possibility to change the Read/Unread status in the mail implemented (including automatically making items status as "Read" when opening and after 10 seconds of item viewing in Preview Pane). The possibility to change flagging in the mail implemented (including the flags text, date and color). When "Mail" (in left menu) is opened, the "Inbox" will open by default, not the dashboard (like in Outlook). New Web Access specificities:

On items sorting in the old version, the current page was automatically changed to view the selected item. In the new Web Access, it isnt.

Bugs Fixed:

The "Refresh" button failed in some cases.

Dates of tasks (Due Date/Start Date) showed the years 1899 or 1900 instead of "None". Instead of the message "You have no permission to delete item", the message "Item could not be deleted, please try again" was shown.
