Buy the 4Team trial CD. You can order it by clicking here. It includes all the products trial setup files. You can use this CD for Backup and reinstallation purposes after you buy a product.

1. From Product website click or Try Now and follow instructions.
2. From click on Product name from product list, click to and follow instructions.
After downloading we will send you the installation instructions via email, please read them carefully.


Buy a Product
Locate the product in the product list and click on its title.
Click "Buy Now", "Add to Cart" or "Click to Buy" on the Product page.

Step (on the product's "Pricing and Licensing" page).
Choose the product you want to Buy .

Enter the number of licenses you require. Please select 4Team CD Backup as well, if you need a disc with the products of your choice.
Click Update and verify the "Total" amount .
Click "Add to Cart".
Step 4
You will now be taken to your Shopping Cart registration page. If you are a new customer please enter your e-mail address; if you are a returning customer, you can also enter the previous invoice or activation code instead of the e-mail address. This step will help you get additional volume discounts if available. Click "Continue".
Step 5
You will now be taken to your Shopping Cart.
If you are eligible for any discount, please enter your "Promo Code" in the appropriate field. Click "Update".
Step 6
Verify the details; click the "Continue"
Step 7
If you have registered with us before, enter your password in the returning customer logon. If you are a new user, please enter a new password twice in the new customer logon. Click "Sign in using our secure server".
Step 8
Check that your invoice details are correct.
Select the type of payment method you prefer and click the "Continue" button.
For Credit Card, Check by mail, or Wire Transfer fill out or check your Billing and Contact/Shipping Address.
Click "Continue".
Step 9 (Credit Card, Check by mail, Wire Transfer)
Please verify the above information and click the "CONFIRM" button. If the information is incorrect, click "CHANGE".
Step 10 (Credit Card, Check by mail, Wire Transfer)
Complete your payment details and click the "Proceed" button. (for credit card payment). For other types of payments follow the screen instructions.
Step 11
From the order summary page, please click the "Download Now" button to start downloading the product. Follow the on-screen instructions to download the file to your preferred location.

How to Reorder (buy additional licenses)

You can buy additional licenses using "Reorder" from "My Account" or buy it from the website using your account information.

Reorder Steps:

  • Locate the product in the product list and click on its title. Use "Buy Now", "Add to Cart" or "Click to buy" link available at or product website and follow the regular purchasing process.
  • If you have any discount Promo Code, enter it in the Shopping Cart prior to checking out, and click "Update".
  • Click the "Continue" button and follow the instructions.

  • Note: Discount information is available only in the shopping cart product list or after the checkout (login); it is not available in the "Total:" on the product "Pricing and Licensing" page.

    How to use the discount Promo Code.

    1. Add your product to the Shopping Cart on the product "Pricing and Licensing" page by clicking the "Add to Cart" button in the "?Ordering" part of the page.
    2. While in the Shopping Cart, enter your Promo Code and click the "Update" button. The Discount will appear in the shopping cart product list.
    3. Click the "Continue" button.
    One software license is required per single user account, per one computer (PC workstation or server).
    Every license or upgrade includes: 1 year of free updates and free support via e-mail and Live Help.

    License policy explanation:
    • As long as a license is used on the computer where it was installed, the license will never expire.
    • If you need to transfer your license to another computer or user account, we can reset it for you if you contact our sales support via e-mail or LiveHelp (Chat) service.
    • A license can be transferred (reset) 3 times during the year after the purchase date (support period).
    • A license cannot be transferred if it has expired for technical support and product updates, as the license transfer is considered to be a support case. You will need to purchase the product upgrade if you want us to reset the license that expired.
    Please note:
    1. Reinstallation (crash) of the operating system is considered to be a creation of a new user account.
    2. Every user account on every separate computer that participates in sharing requires an individual license.

    How safe is it?
    Using your credit card to purchase products from the 4Team Corporation Web sites ( and is a secure process. Your personal information and credit card details are encrypted before they leave your computer and therefore cannot be read as they are sent to us via the Internet. Your credit card information is not stored with us. All credit card processing is done via PayPal.

    What about taxes?
    The tax applied to your order may vary according to a number of factors: these include your address, the registration / delivery address for your product(s), exempt status, etc... Where applicable, tax is calculated and rounded at a per-unit level.
    Customers Who Reside in the Americas (including USA)
    If a product is delivered within the state of Florida, USA, unless you are exempt, you will be charged sales tax at the current applicable rate on that item. 4Team Corporation does not collect Sales or Use Tax for other states and, where state law requires, you may have to self-assess and report Use Tax on products purchased from us.

    Customers Who Do Not Reside in the Americas (including USA)
    4Team Corporation does not collect Sales or VAT Tax, where law requires, you may have to self-assess and report Tax on products purchased from us. Orders delivered to other countries outside the United States, do not have to pay VAT or Sales Tax.

    The tax treatment is correct at January 2008 and is subject to modifications as and when tax legislation and rates change.


    What is the CCID and where can I find it?
    For your protection, we ask that you enter an extra 3-4 digit number called the CCID. The CCID is NOT your PIN number. It is an extra ID printed on your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express Card.
    Visa, MasterCard, and Discover: On the back of the card in the top-right corner of the signature box. It is the the three-digit number following the credit card number.
    American Express: On the front of the card. Enter the four-digit number on the right directly above the credit card number.

    Bank Transfer/Check
    You can pay for your order by bank transfer or check in US Dollars.

    Payment by check
    Please make checks payable to "4Team Corporation". Checks should be sent to our office. We accept checks in US Dollars only.

    ! Please remember: That you are responsible for any and all transaction fees charged by the banks performing the transaction. Be sure to ask your bank what their fee is for performing the transfer and include it in the amount transferred.     Refund Policy
    To make sure that your organization is ready to utilize this product, we strongly recommend that prior to purchasing you install the Free Trial Version (full functionality during 14 days), which can be downloaded from products websites. There is no refund after purchasing the product.
    Some products have 100% Money back guarantee policy. In this case please send us refund request. Within 5 days of receipt of your Request (and receipt of the products where applicable) we will issue refund equal to the amount you paid. Please check the product website.
    Volume Discount

    • A detailed description of the problem. Include the steps you have taken to attempt to solve the problem already and, where appropriate, the steps to take in order to repeat the problem.
    • The Product version that you are running (Outlook Help -> About Product).
    • The operating system and Office/Outlook version of the computer running the product.
