Before submitting this Support Form, please follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure that you are running the latest version of the product on all your PCs. You can download the latest product release from the 4Team Corporation product website using the Try Now link.

  2. Update your Office/Outlook with the latest updates that improve the stability and security of MS Office.

  3. If you use Microsoft Outlook 2007, we recommend that you install Outlook 2007 hotfix package kb961752. This fix can be requested from Microsoft at: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/961752/.
    This fix will significantly improve the overall stability and performance of Outlook 2007.

  4. Check System Requirements from Product Documentation.

  5. Refer to Installation procedure from Product Documentation.

  6. Search the Product FAQ from Online Product Documentation.
