Service is very nice. I have 2 questions on the producSync2 product:
1) In the previous product I bought I needed remote fixing service, and I was provided. This time, I was told it would cost me $25 or $29. This was not clearly said when I paid for the Lifetime upgrade and service product, and I am still not clear why I should additionally pay for this service (guess the Customer feeling.).
2) I was very surprised that my activation code did not work when I had to reinstall Synch2 product, following the reformating of my computer. Would it be possible to fix this, so that the Customer do not loose time to reinstall the product (eventhough you have excellent chatting service.).
