Licensing: Every user account (on each workstation) needs an individual license.
  • Standard Corporate License: Intra-company usage. User is allowed to synchronize with only one database.
  • Professional Corporate License: Outlook as a Data reader for staff. Allow staff to synchronize with any source
  • Professional Private License: Outlook as a Data Reader. User is allowed to synchronize with unlimited databases (sources)
  Every license or upgrade includes: Lifetime license. 1 year of free updates and free support via e-mail.
4Team Sync2DB Support license package includes (if no other provisions were made):
  • up to 5 hours of service that allows you to contact us by Live Help, Instant Messengers, and Phone or use Remote Desktop Connection Services in order to fix problems or help with particular software setup and installation or tuning described in accordance with the support ticket.
  • The support is available on workdays only from 9:00AM until 5:30PM EST USA (GMT+5)
    • Important: You should exercise your rights for the purchased support licenses during the 12 months since you purchase it. There are no refunds after that.
