Requirements before we can proceed with this service:

Computer according to hardware requirements.
Installed version of Microsoft Windows (according to system requirements) with Administrator account rights.
Installation CD of Microsoft(r) Windows or path to that installation.
Access to Internet through HTTP port (80).

Services offered with Windows Server Configuration Service:

installation and configuration of IIS 5.0 or higher
configuration of 4Team Server or 4Team Online Server
existing domain name configuration with 4Team Server pages *
existing e-mail server settings configuration with 4Team Server or 4Team Online Server **
secure (SSL) connection configuration for 4Team Online Server ***

* additional fee will be required for registration and configuration of new domain name itself
** additional fee will be required for new e-mail server software
*** additional fee will be required for obtaining new SSL certificate from any trusted SSL certificates provider

La licencia nunca vencerá si siempre se la utiliza en la computadora en la que se instaló.
Si necesita transferir su licencia a otra computadora o cuenta de usuario, podremos restablecerla si se comunica con nuestro soporte de ventas por correo electrónico o a través del servicio LiveHelp (Chat).
Una licencia puede transferirse (restablecerse) hasta 3 veces durante el año posterior a la fecha de compra (período de soporte).
Una licencia no puede transferirse si se ha vencido el plazo de soporte técnico y actualizaciones del producto, ya que la transferencia de la licencia se considera como una operación de soporte. Usted deberá comprar la actualización del producto si desea que restablezcamos la licencia vencida.

Por favor, tenga en cuenta que:

La reinstalación (caída) del sistema operativo se considera como la creación de una nueva cuenta de usuario.
Cada cuenta de usuario en cada computadora independiente que participa en el proceso para compartir, requiere de una licencia individual.
