Requirements before we can proceed with this service:

Computer according to hardware requirements.
Installed version of Microsoft Windows (according to system requirements) with Administrator account rights.
Installation CD of Microsoft(r) Windows or path to that installation.
Access to Internet through HTTP port (80).

Services offered with Windows Server Configuration Service:

installation and configuration of IIS 5.0 or higher
configuration of 4Team Server or 4Team Online Server
existing domain name configuration with 4Team Server pages *
existing e-mail server settings configuration with 4Team Server or 4Team Online Server **
secure (SSL) connection configuration for 4Team Online Server ***

* additional fee will be required for registration and configuration of new domain name itself
** additional fee will be required for new e-mail server software
*** additional fee will be required for obtaining new SSL certificate from any trusted SSL certificates provider

Tant que la licence est utilisée sur l’ordinateur où elle a été installée, elle n’expirera jamais.
Si vous désirez transférer votre licence sur un autre ordinateur ou compte utilisateur, nous pouvons la réinitialiser pour vous si vous contactez notre assistance commerciale par e-mail ou le service LiveHelp (chat).
Vous pouvez transférer (réinitialiser) une licence 3 fois pendant l’année suivant la date d’achat (période d’assistance).
Il est impossible de transférer une licence si elle a expiré pour cause d’assistance technique et de mises à jour de produit, puisque nous considérons le transfert de licence comme un cas d’assistance. Vous devrez acheter la mise à niveau du produit si vous désirez que nous réinitialisons la licence expirée.

Remarques :

La réinstallation (crash) d’un système d’exploitation est considérée comme création d’un nouveau compte utilisateur.
Chaque compte utilisateur de tous les ordinateurs participant à une mise en commun nécessite une licence individuelle.
