I just finished chatting with Daniel. I wasn't having any issues but I wanted to confirm with him that everything was processing normally. He was very patient and helpful. It was really nice to be able to talk to someone that understood my questions and answered them effectively. Thank you! I'm impressed! Today is 3/19/20 and we are all wondering about coronavirus - I'm a real person - not some kind of bot or bogus reviewer.
