The help is great on here sometimes. It really is useful when the helper also know how an iPhone works with MS products

All resolved but not the the first time I've had "issues" applying an update, if the install shield is unable to "remove" and older version suggest telling users to do so before the upgrade attempt ?

I've been working with 4Team for a couple of years now. I've used their products and their support, and I found both to be excellent. Last year, while using PST Merger, I had problems getting it to finish the merge operation. I tried several things (opening left first, then opening right first, etc), but I finally had to email 4Team, and they quickly deduced the problem was my PST was corrupt. I fixed it using ScanPST, and Merger worked fine. Some of my PSTs are old, so I bought their "all you can eat" bundle, and I use the Outlook Toolbox to make sure the PST is error-free before using PST

The proof will be in the pudding as I work through the results but as seen on screen I think I am all fixed.

I love the service, but wish the product did not keep having the same bug!

Straightforward as always, does exactly what you need, although pricey if you need to cover 4 devices.

Once again - very impressed they continued to work on the issue even after we thought it was fixed - without a lot of BS and re-pay. Makes me very very willing to buy service again now for other products and to recommend!
